it’s been a super long day so i gotta make this short.

chureca- we went to juntos where lauren, lisa, and i taught spanish to some kids while talley and robert played games. carlos and i are apparently no longer friends, but i think he’s just playin. hopefully. haha we still played a bit. i got to play a lot with esteben, who likes to be carried around more than tossed in the air. holler.

it was super hot today so i hopped in the pool before comedor.

comedor was great- lindsey and i washed hands and then i got to help hand out toothbrushes to the kiddos so they could get clean teeth, etc.

creative arts was highly improved, but still fun. talley sang, robert taught line dancing.

i came back to the house and chilled for a bit, rehydrated, and tried to nap but the power went out. i kicked it for a bit, really enjoying the down time.

after dinner (sandwhich, chips, and oreos- so american! holler) we went to adv english where we played catch phrase and worked on prepositions…. and that’s when another downpour happened. escaping the floods, we got back to the house (and high ground) for a jam session with nicayuda and watch some funny youtube videos.

sydney, one of our guard dogs, got fixed today- so i got a few moments of bonding time with cola- her son/lover/husband/soulmate/friend. weird relationship. but funny. needless to say, i kinda want a rottweiler to keep me company through my life’s adventures.

time for bed- paz,
